Foundry Forum Workshop: Leadership

Do you know your own personal leadership style?
Whether you are leading a business or leading a team, it’s important that your leadership style fits you and is effective. The Ain Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation is partnering with the Institute of Music Leadership (IML) in the Eastman School. During this interactive workshop, Rachel Roberts, Director of the IML, will help you define your leadership style, teach you how to establish group norms to improve your effectiveness, and provide you with tools to reflect on your leadership style for continuous improvement.

This workshop is part of our Foundry Forum series. Designed to supplement existing entrepreneurship classes and programming, these sessions will explore the fundamentals of starting your own venture or working with a team to accomplish an innovative goal.
