Join the Ain Center for The Voice of a Customer: Shut Up and Listen. Led by Heidi Mergenthaler and Annette Durnack, this workshop will help you discover the benefits of listening – really listening – to potential clients. Instructors will teach how to ask specific questions to guide your venture. This workshop will be held in Genesee 325.

This workshop is part of our Foundry Forum series. Designed to supplement existing entrepreneurship classes and programming, these sessions will explore the fundamentals of starting your own venture or working with a team to accomplish an innovative goal.
