University users use their NetID account and password to login to Blackboard. If you have forgotten your NetID password, please visit My Identity at http://myidentity.rochester.edu or contact the University IT Help Desk at 585-275-2000 or email UnivITHelp@rochester.edu.

University users should set up their secret questions and answers for easy reset in the future.

Local Accounts

If you are not a University faculty, staff, or student and have a local Blackboard account, you can reset your password by clicking the following link and providing your

• First Name
• Last Name
• Username or Email Address

Please note: Once you receive the email, you must use the password reset link within 10 minutes.

After that, the link will not work and you will need to return here to request it again.
