Byron Scott won championships as basketball player and coach in the NBA. Charles Norris is a UR alum who has achieved success as a leader in business. Though from very different backgrounds and experiences, Scott and Norris have formed a deep relationship and partnered to write a book on leadership. In this event they’ll share their strategies for motivating others, listening, delegating and turning failure into learning opportunities.
