Holding the Middle Ground in US Politics

Pennsylvania Attorney General Joshua Shapiro ’95 will share insights into his priorities in his elected position, holding the political middle ground, and how federalism has evolved in this new era of public distrust in both government and partisanship. Since he was elected in January 2017, he has been able to implement bipartisan reforms as a pragmatic progressive Democrat.

Following Attorney General Shapiro’s remarks, there will be a Q&A session, as well as a reception with light refreshments. Please RSVP for free through the Meliora Weekend website.
