TODAY’S UPDATES

University introduces myURHR, a modernized HR system

University leadership and project team members recently celebrated the official kickoff of the implementation of a new Human Resources management system.

myURHR, which is how the product will be branded at the University, is presently in the development stages and will replace the current outdated PeopleSoft platform.

Leveraging innovative Workday HR technology, myURHR will help modernize Human Resources services and will be used as a business tool to support data-driven decisions; improve efficiencies with consistent, streamlined processes; optimize compliance management; and promote cross-departmental collaboration. The system will also enable manager and employee self-service, and create a platform for other key Human Resources strategic initiatives, such as the Career Path Modernization project. Together, these and other forward-thinking efforts will establish a new foundation for how the University supports the employee experience through modern, accessible services that expand organizational capacities.

Visit the new myURHR website for detailed information on the benefits of the project, timelines, a list of project team members, FAQs, and more.
