Update on Dr. Chat Bot at the Medical Center

Given the current status of COVID-19 in the community and at the University, the Dr. Chat Bot requirement for the Medical Center is changing, effective today. Completion will only be required for those who are symptomatic, in order to provide them with further guidance and alert Employee Health; it will no longer be required for asymptomatic faculty and staff coming to the Medical Center or offsite locations. The question regarding exposure to close contacts who’ve tested positive is also being removed.

In today’s issue:

  • Meet the new members of the Genesee Staff Council
  • Peet’s at Wegmans Hall is now open for the semester
  • There’s still time to sign up for a focus group with the Office for Global Engagement

Students, staff, and alumni are eligible to be featured, and past episodes have included student organizations, emerging businesses, research competition participants, and community-engaged projects. This is an opportunity to spread the word about you or your group’s endeavor, gain experience in front of a camera and present your work, and come away with a professional artifact for your portfolio. You can choose up to three people to be on camera. View previous episodes here, and fill out this form if you’re interested in being featured.
