FOR FACULTY AND STAFF

Have you had your annual physical?

An annual physical is a great opportunity to connect with your provider about your health. Remember that preventive services are covered at 100 percent for Tier 1 and Tier 2 providers (deductible does not apply) on both the PPO plan and the HSA-eligible plan. Excellus provides helpful checklists for children, men, women, and older adults to keep essential screenings and provider visits a priority.
