University strategic plan update

President Sarah Mangelsdorf and Provost David Figlio share an update on the refinement and implementation of the University’s 2030 Boundless Possibility strategic plan, noting that, “over the last three months, we have incorporated feedback from faculty, staff, students, alumni, and the Board of Trustees into the plan, updated web content, developed tactics for the 2023–24 academic year, and refined measurements of success.”

Mangelsdorf and Figlio continue to welcome ideas from the University community, including thoughts on tactics and the many ways that students, faculty, and staff are already contributing to the success of the plan. All are invited to share ideas with their leadership, submit feedback on the Boundless Possibility website, or attend one of several strategic planning discussion sessions, which will take place later this summer and throughout the fall semester.
