FOR STUDENTS

Help name a new mindfulness class

The Mindful University Project wants your ideas on what they should name their new mindfulness class.

Here’s the description of the class: “Unleash the potential of mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and self-compassion in this empowering four-week course tailored to University students. By blending guided meditation practices, introspective exercises, and meaningful discussions, participants will foster heightened self-awareness, emotional resilience, and thoughtful responses to obstacles. Embracing a calmer, more focused, and growth-oriented mindset, students will be equipped with invaluable tools to conquer academic challenges and flourish both personally and academically throughout their college journey.”

Take this short survey to share your ideas for the class title and sign up for the Mindful University Project newsletter here to be notified when class registration opens.
