Traveling to a University Event? You Need to Complete a Travel Waiver Form

Any undergraduate student planning on attending a University event more than 25 miles away from campus is required to submit an Individual Travel Waiver. The form is part of the new Group Travel Process and MUST be filled out once per school year.

For ticketed events, such as Senior Week activities, the waiver must be filled out if you wish to purchase a ticket. You are only allowed to purchase one ticket per ID for any ticketed events requiring the Individual Travel Waiver. This is to ensure that the College has an accurate record of everyone attending the event. Review the Group Travel Policy for more information, and contact Sam Lovejoy (coordinator of transportation) with any questions.

Complete New Payment Agreement by February 16

All students in the classes of 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 are required to complete a new payment agreement. It has been updated to ensure compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. A hold will be placed on your account until the agreement has been completed online. The hold prevents you from registering for classes, modifying registration, or requesting a transcript. Complete the new agreement by February 16.  If you are unsure of your current payment plan selection, log into learn.rochester.edu, select UR ePAY, and download the PDF version of your most recent statement. The payment option is displayed in the center of the page. If you have questions, contact the Bursar’s Office at (585) 275-3931 or bursar@admin.rochester.edu.
