Get Started on 2017–18 Financial Aid Application

Instructions for applying for financial aid for the 2017–18 academic year were emailed to students at end of December. The application deadline is March 15, 2017. Get started on your application now by submitting a 2017–18 FAFSA online using school code 002894.  Be sure to use the IRS data retrieval tool to update the FAFSA with your 2015 tax information. Contact the Financial Aid Office with questions.

Connect with Campus Clubs

The Winter Activities Fair is scheduled from 3:30 to 5 p.m. on Friday, January 20, in the Goergen Athletic Center on the Zornow Courts. Visit the Campus Community Connection to learn more about campus clubs and organizations. The event will give you a chance to talk to students about the ways in which they are involved and provide you with an opportunity to get involved as well.

Card Swipe Will Be Required for Library Entrance Overnight

Starting January 18, access to Rush Rhees Library from the bus-stop entrance will require a University ID card swipe between 1 and 6 a.m. The change aims to make the library a safer space by limiting entry to members of the University community during those hours. All other facilities and services will continue to be available as usual.

Reminder: Mobile Printing Available

Discover how to print from your mobile device and laptop on University IT’s printing tutorials page. Additionally, there is widely-used software that is also free for students. For the complete list of free software, visit http://tech.rochester.edu/software.
