Upcoming Deadlines Affecting Graduation

  • The deadline to make any changes and have these changes reflected in the Commencement program is Monday, April 1. Changes include but are not limited to new majors or minors, new degrees, changes in majors or minors, changes in degrees, and name changes.
  • The deadline to submit new major, minor, or degree declaration forms (paper or electronic) is Monday, April 1. All new declarations will require a petition after April 1.
  • The deadline to reclassify into or out of the Class of 2019 and have your name included in the Commencement program is Monday, April 1. Any requests processed after this date will not be included in the program.
  • The final deadline to reclassify into or out of the Class of 2019 is Wednesday, April 17. Your name will not be included in the program at this time.
  • The FINAL date to submit any and all changes and updates is Friday, April 26, for all students in the senior class.  After this date, any and all documents submitted by a senior (paper or electronic) will not be reviewed until after Commencement.

Visit the College Center for Advising Services in Lattimore Hall 312 with questions. Walk-in hours are Monday through Friday from 1 to 4 p.m.

Register Your 2019–20 Dining Plan

  • Residential students returning next year and planning to live on campus will need to apply for housing and register for a dining plan online. Eastman students will need to complete a housing and dining contract. Dining plan pricing and options are available online.
  • New or continuing commuting students must complete a commuter dining contract. Contracts are available online or at the ID Office in Susan B. Anthony Hall.

Dining registration or contracts must be completed by Friday, May 3.  If you do not complete a contract or online registration, a $50 late registration fee will be assessed and you will be enrolled in the minimum requirement.

Financial Aid, Student Employment Offices Unavailable on March 29

Both the Financial Aid and Student Employment Offices will not be available to speak with current students on Friday, March 29. The departments will be hosting the 2023 Experience Day for newly admitted students and their families. If you need to complete part two of an I-9, you can do so at the HR Service Center at Brooks Landing, 910 Genesee Street, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Both offices will resume their normal services on Monday, April 1.
