Online dining registration runs April 15–May 3 and may be done by visiting the housing website.

Commuting students need to complete and return a commuter dining contract and return it to the ID Office in Susan B. Anthony Halls or email it to mealplans@services.rochester.edu. Commuter contracts are available online or at the ID Card Office in Susan B. Anthony Halls.

Any student who does not complete online registration or return a commuter contract by Friday, May 3, will incur a $50 late registration fee.

Both the Financial Aid and Student Employment Offices will not be available to speak with current students on April 15, 19, and 22. The departments will be hosting the 2023 Experience Day for newly admitted students and their families. Students who need to complete part two of an I-9 can do so at the HR Service Center at Brooks Landing, 910 Genesee Street, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
