Thanksgiving Break Services

Thanksgiving recess begins at noon on Wednesday, November 27, and continues through Sunday, December 1.

The Students’ Association Government is partnering with Transportation Services to provide shuttles to the bus and train stations as well as the airport. The buses will run on Tuesday evening and all day Wednesday with stops at Southside, Towers, and Rush Rhees Library. Buses will also loop from the airport and bus and train stations back to campus on Sunday evening. View the schedule.

The Financial Aid Office will close at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, and will remain closed through the end of the week. The office will reopen for regular business hours at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, December 2.

Final Meal Plan Change Period Is December 2–7

The final meal plan change period for the spring semester is December 2–7. Forms are available online at dining.rochester.edu/meal-plans/ and at the ID office in Susan B. Anthony Halls. This is the final change period as there is no change period in January.

Plan Ahead for Winter Stay

Planning to stay on campus during Winter Break? Residence halls close on December 21 at 9 a.m. and reopen on January 12. If you are staying on campus between those dates, you must register with Residential Life by Monday, December 16, to ensure housing.
