Online Drop/Add Deadline Is September 9

The last day to add and drop/delete courses from your schedule using UR Student is Wednesday, September 9. Beginning Thursday, September 10, you will need to submit a drop/add form. Detailed instructions for preparing and submitting the form are available here. Beginning September 10, additional permissions may be required in order to make course changes. All students must have the permission of the course instructor in order to add a course after September 9; all Hajim students are required to have the permission of their undergraduate coordinator in order to make any schedule changes. If you have questions about your schedule, you should consult with your academic advisor or with an advisor in the College Center for Advising Services.

Requesting Rooms for Remote Classes or Private Meetings

Students can now request a room to attend courses online when unable to return to a personal space, such as a room in a residence hall or apartment, between classes. You may also reserve rooms for one-time private appointments such as CARE meetings, conduct or academic honesty meetings, job interviews, telehealth or teletherapy, Title IX meetings, or advisor meetings. Review the rules for room usage and submit a request through the online form.

Have Outstanding Financial Aid Documents?

All outstanding financial aid materials were due last Friday, September 4. If you still have outstanding requirements, some or all need-based aid will be withheld from your University billing statement. Review your FAOnline account to determine what requirements are outstanding and submit them to the Financial Aid Office as soon as possible. Need-based aid will be allowed to disburse to student billing accounts once all remaining requirements are met.
