The spring semester test of AlertUR will be on Thursday, February 11, at 6 p.m. EST. AlertUR is the emergency notification system for the University, including the Medical Center. In the event of an emergency, alerts are sent by voice, text, and email message. The purpose of the twice-a-year test is to activate the AlertUR system and check that you can be reached immediately. Students are automatically enrolled via their Rochester email but are encouraged to add a cell phone number to receive emergency calls and texts. Before the test, be sure to review your contact information at https://alert.rochester.edu; sign in with your NetID and password to verify the fastest method for reaching you. Students currently enrolled in a dining plan who would like to make changes for the current semester can do so Tuesday, February 16, through Thursday, February 18. Change forms are available at dining.rochester.edu/meal-plans. Email completed forms to mealplans@services.rochester.edu. A $25 modification fee will be applied.

AS&E has reopened the AS&E Supplemental Fund to allow undergraduate and graduate students to request supplemental funding toward remote academic conferences and programming. Awards typically range from $100 to $300, depending on the request. Students may apply individually, or on behalf of a group. Limited funding is available on a rolling basis.
