Face Masks, Dr. Chat Bot, and UHS

As a clarification on the current COVID-19 policies on campus, face masks are still required to be worn when entering the University Health Service building and accessing UHS and UCC’s services. As needed, face masks are available for individuals entering the building. Additionally, students need to complete Dr. Chat Bot and receive the green checkmark before entering. Upcoming Housing Lottery Information for Returning Students

Information about the upcoming housing lottery for returning students was emailed to eligible students on Thursday, March 10. Be sure to check for this email and connect to the lottery information on the Residential Life website. Housing contracts may be submitted starting Friday, March 18, and are due Wednesday, April 13, by 11:59 p.m. EDT. Questions can be directed to housing@reslife.rochester.edu.

Fall Course Schedule Available in UR Student on March 15

The AS&E fall course schedule will be available in UR Student on Tuesday, March 15. Although registration doesn’t start until Monday, April 11, students are encouraged to begin planning their fall schedules now. Connect with your advisor, share your course plans, and confirm your selections keep you on track.

Upcoming Deadlines Affecting Graduation

The deadline for seniors in AS&E to make changes to their academic record and have these changes be reflected in the commencement program is Friday, April 1. Changes include but are not limited to:
