Fall 2022 Dining Registration

The deadline for online dining registration for the 2022–23 academic year for residential students is April 29 at 5 p.m. EDT. Please note that the application process does not work with a smartphone. If you miss this deadline and Dining Services does not receive a dining contract from you by May 1, you will be assessed a $50 late registration fee and you will be assigned to the minimum required meal plan for your residence hall.

Commuter students must register for a meal plan by filing a contract, which can be found online. Completed contracts should be emailed to mealplans@services.rochester.edu as an attachment using either a Microsoft Word or PDF format. The last day to register is May 1. If you miss the deadline, you will be assessed a $50 late registration fee and you will be assigned a Commuter Meal Plan.

Celebrate Springfest

Enjoy the arrival of warmer weather at the final Community Weekend of the year: Springfest featuring Dandelion Day, April 20–24. Undergraduates can celebrate spring with activities including carnival games and rides, a food truck rodeo, limited edition giveaways, the annual and newly in-person QuadFox 5K, student performances, an outdoor concert, and more. Food truck tickets can be purchased ahead of time using declining or URos starting on Wednesday, April 20. Students will need to check in at some activities using their personal QR code found in the CCC app. Follow Wilson Commons Student Activities on Instagram and Facebook for more details, announcements, and live updates.

Indoor Face Mask Policy Reinstated

In response to a current spike in COVID infections on campus, and in order to get everyone over the finish line of the spring semester, the University has decided, effective immediately, to reinstate for the time being the indoor face-masking requirement on University campuses and properties. This requirement applies to all students, faculty, staff, visitors, and others—including those who are fully vaccinated and boosted.

A reminder that acceptable face coverings are disposable, non-cloth masks—surgical or KN95—and that free disposable face masks continue to be available on campus.
