The last day for undergraduate students in the College to withdraw from fall coursework is Wednesday, November 16. Submit a drop/add form and follow these instructions to do so. Students in the Classes of 2026, 2025, and 2024 are encouraged to speak to their College advisor about any proposed changes to their schedule.

All undeclared and declared Hajim School students will need to submit an email from their undergraduate coordinator, along with the drop/add form, indicating approval for the schedule change.

Complimentary shuttles will be available on select days for transportation to and from the airport and train and bus stations. The Students’ Association Government has coordinated with the Transportation Office and Wilson Commons Student Activities to provide shuttles on Wednesday, November 23, and Sunday, November 27, for those traveling during the Thanksgiving Break.
