The last day for undergraduate students in the College to add and drop courses from their spring 2023 schedules, including independent study and independent research, is Wednesday, February 8.

You can drop spring courses by logging into UR Student. Instructor permission is not required to drop a class. To add coursework, you should complete a drop/add form; instructor permission should be submitted with the drop/add form via email. Instructions are available here.

Hajim School students need the approval of their undergraduate coordinator for all schedule changes. Students in the Class of 2025 and 2026 from the School of Arts & Sciences should communicate with their advisor about any proposed changes to their schedule.

If you intend to register for fewer than 14 credits during the fall semester, you should communicate with an advisor in the College Center for Advising Services about your plans. Undergraduate students must remain enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits to retain their full-time status.
