Undergraduates in Arts, Sciences & Engineering who have earned 88 or more credit hours and are officially declared in a program of study are eligible to apply for graduation. The Application for Graduation is an opportunity for students to indicate their plans for completing degree requirements to the registrar’s office. The application is required to be considered and reviewed for degree completion.

Students who plan to attend the 2023 Commencement ceremonies are strongly encouraged to submit the application as soon as possible so that they will receive important information about progress towards degree completion and receive commencement-related communications. For students’ names to appear in this year’s commencement program, the final deadline to submit is April 1. Students who plan to attend 2024 Commencement ceremonies but are eligible to apply to graduate based on the parameters listed above can submit the application at any time and indicate the appropriate expected completion date as far out as spring 2024.

Students who are eligible to apply will receive a monthly reminder to their University email until they formally submit. This reminder email will include the link to apply.

Reminder: The Students’ Association has coordinated with the Department of Transportation and Parking Management to provide complimentary shuttles for those traveling during Spring Break.
