Review your Academic Progress Report

With the spring 2024 drop/add deadline approaching, the Registrar’s Office reminds you to review your Academic Progress Report (APR) to determine if you need to make any adjustments to your schedule. APR is a planning tool in UR Student to help students plan coursework and stay on track for graduation. You should review your APR frequently and when meeting with academic departments and College advisors. The Registrar’s Office will use the APR in consultation with the academic department to clear degrees; this report must reflect completion to earn your degree. Incomplete degree requirements in APR will prevent the awarding of your degree. You are responsible for ensuring the information that appears throughout your academic record is what you expect and, if needed, taking the steps to reach out to the appropriate parties to discuss. The Registrar’s website offers other resources and features instructions and a list of FAQs regarding academic progress, application for graduation, commencement, and diplomas so you know what to expect in the coming semesters.
