Graduates: Make sure your Commencement guests have their registration QR codeGuests entering Fauver Stadium for Friday morning’s University Commencement Ceremony will need to present a valid QR code—either on a phone or printed on paper—to show that they are registered for the ceremony.
Registered guests should have received a unique QR code by email as part of the registration process. If you registered your guests using your email address, your guests’ QR codes were sent to you. Please make sure they have been distributed to your guests before Friday’s ceremony. If you haven’t already registered your guests, you can do so here. Find more information about Commencement Weekend, including FAQs, on the Commencement website.
Mark your calendars for the first day of fall classes on August 26Announced earlier this academic year, the University is adopting a new academic calendar to better align holidays and other events across each of the University schools. One important change is the first day of fall semester classes, which will now start on the last Monday of August each year. Upper-class student move-in starts on August 22 and classes begin August 26. Review the full 2024–25 academic calendar here.
