Deadline to Declare S/F Option Is November 17

The last day for undergraduate students to withdraw from a class or declare the S/F (satisfactory/fail) option is Friday, November 17. Students who are in their first semester have an extended deadline of December 6 to declare the S/F option. The online form to declare the S/F option is available at: Rochester.edu/registrar/formrequests.html.

In order to withdraw from a course, students must first pick up a drop/add form from Lattimore 312. An undergraduate advisor’s signature is required on the form for students in the Class of 2020 and 2021 and all undergraduate students in the Hajim School. Hajim School undergraduates are also required to obtain a department stamp on the drop/add form.

Advisors in the College Center for Advising Services (Lattimore 312) are available to discuss options with students.
