Query component

The query component allows you to build dynamic feeds that are populated with posts based on your posts’ categories and tags. If you use this component, it’s important to have a clear category and tag taxonomy in mind for how you want to organize your content. This component is great if you maintain a blog or want to post regular updates to your website.

There are multiple styling options for the posts and the option to include a variety of post information, including date, headline, and image. You can also pull in different lengths of content from the post, from the full post, the Yoast SEO snippet, or a short excerpt based on the first few sentences of your post.

Featured posts are also an option, which take up more space at the top of the feed and create more visibility of a particular post. These featured posts can be manually selected or automatically populated based on the most recent post.
