As New York’s vaccine mandate takes effect Monday (September 27), the University of Rochester Medical Center reports that 99 percent of professional medical staff and 91 percent of all staff are vaccinated at six UR Medicine hospitals, which will maintain critical care with some delays in non-essential services.
