Bethany and Reefat Are Quarterfinalists At Nationals

Syed Reefat Aziz and Bethany Gardner were victorious last weekend at Novice Nationals at West Virginia University in Morgantown, WV. 

They finished pre-elimination rounds as the 3^rd seed at the tournament and went on to win their first elimination round on a 3-0 decision. In quarterfinals they lost a tough round against a top team to finish as quartfinalists at the 2016 Policy Debate Novice National Tournament. 

Bethany and Reefat proudly display their individual and team trophies from the tournament this weekend.

Individually these debaters also performed very well, with Bethany finishing as 3^rd speaker and Reefat 6^th, out of 62 debaters!
