About the speaker
Andrea Holland

It’s been a life-long personal calling for Andrea Holland, and now – as head of her own company and an executive coach to clients across the globe – it’s the bold call to action she issues to others.

With 20 years of experience in professional storytelling and communications, Andrea has made a career-long study of what motivates others: how words, body language, stories, and mindset affect ourselves & others, relationships, outcomes, and more. She’s put what she’s learned to the test for herself and now coaches and trains others on the same techniques so they can get the results they need.

Prior to launching her company in 2012, Andrea was an award-winning on-air radio host at Clear Channel (I-Heart Radio) and Entercom, served in marketing & public relations at American Red Cross Blood Services and United Way of Greater Rochester and traveled the globe as an international video producer interviewing leadership experts at major companies and organizations like U.S Olympics, Ford Canada, American Airlines, The Economist and more.

In 2014, she took the stage as a Tedx speaker with her talk, “The Constant Weight on My Head” and returned in 2015 as a speaker coach and event host. She is also a certified Senior Trainer at Dale Carnegie in 3 of its flagship programs.

She is a 10-year member of the internationally-recognized sketch comedy troupe, EstroFest, and holds two volunteer leadership positions as Vice President of the Rochester Women’s Business Council and board member of the University of Rochester Medical Center’s Home Care Foundation. Andrea was also a nominee for the Women of Excellence Award at the Rochester Business Journal in 2020.
