In honor of Women’s History Month, join a panel of alumnae and community leaders as they share their journeys as accomplished professionals, and how they confronted sexism and systemic racism in the workforce. We will explore the complexities and courage that come with fulfilling leadership roles predominately occupied by men, address additional barriers and the emotional tax faced by women of color, and discuss effective change for more equitable work environments. A moderated question and answer session with attendees will follow the discussion.
