Eastman Institute for Oral Health
- Charitable giving helped Eastman Institute for Oral Health (EIOH) recruit national leaders, such as Thomas Diekwisch, DMD, PhD, PhD, as new faculty members, ushering in a new era of interdisciplinary oral biology research at EIOH and likely securing top tier research funding from the NIH for many years to come.
- EIOH continued to be a world leader in post-doctoral education with a depth of curriculum that sets our program apart. Our Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department recently added two new degree programs that provide business and medical degrees alongside OMFS certificates.
- This year, Eastman’s Specialty Care Clinic was the first oral healthcare provider in the nation to be recognized as an Age-Friendly Health System Participant.
