The Career Path Modernization Project will officially roll out in approximately six months. In January, staff will learn how their job will fit into the new structure. A job library and the University’s pay structures will be published to provide visibility to jobs across the University. As January grows closer, resources will continue to be added to the CPM website to prepare managers and staff to understand our job structure.
