Performance evaluation schedule

The University’s annual performance evaluation process provides an opportunity for both managers and staff to receive feedback and evaluate progress over the last year, as well as set goals, plan projects, and establish timelines for the year ahead. The performance evaluation cycle for Medical Center staff will launch on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. The performance evaluation cycle for the rest of the University staff will launch on Monday, February 12, 2024. All manager reviews must be completed by Friday, April 19 in MyPath. The employee acknowledgment step will be available for completion through June 30.

2023 performance evaluation schedule for Medical Center staff

  • Medical Center staff self-reviews: Tuesday, January 2 – Friday, February 9
  • Medical Center manager reviews: Saturday, February 10 – Friday, April 19
  • Employee Acknowledgement due Sunday, June 30

  • Manager evaluations: Saturday, March 16 – Friday, April 19
