Interactions with myURHR

  • I only interact with my own HR data.
  • I may enter my own time.
  • I am not a Manager.
  • I’m not involved in Recruiting or Personnel Management.

Total Training Hours for myURHR Core Concepts: 1-2.5

  • I’m involved in several HR processes, including position creation, compensation, and job changes.

Total Training Hours: 8.5-13 (In addition to myURHR Core Concepts: 1 – 2.5 hours)

Checklists

For employees

Before Go-Live

  • Take training in MyPath.
  • Validate your time & balance information in HRMS (vacation, PTO, sick). If corrections need to be made, make in HRMS by 9/18.
  • Review FAQs and Fast Facts videos on the myURHR website.
  • Save items from HRMS to a secure location – such as recent W2s, payslips, Total Rewards statements, or compensation history (available via self-service until 12/24).
For Managers / Coordinators (including PAFers) / Timekeepers

Before Go-Live

  • Ensure that you and your teams have time for training.
  • Communicate method(s) for hourly employees to record time worked.
  • If timekeeping corrections need to be made to any past pay periods ahead of go-live, ensure those corrections are made in HRMS by 9/18.
