Retrieve Documents from ISO

If you recently received a notification from ISO that we have a new document for you, please use one of the options below to collect it. For any questions on these document collection options, please contact our office.

Pick up from our office

College Town location

Our office is in College Town (40 Celebration Drive). You’re welcome to come anytime during our normal office hours. You must have a photo ID with you for pick up.

Satellite locations (River Campus or Eastman School of Music)

During the academic year, you can request that we bring your document to one of our satellite locations on the River Campus or Eastman School of Music for pickup. Learn more and coordinate this service by sending us an email at questions@iso.rochester.edu. You must have a photo ID with you for pick up.

Ship documents to you

Domestic shipment via US Postal Service (USPS)

Shipment via USPS is free of charge, and generally takes 5–10 business days for delivery. There’s no option to request a tracking number. To coordinate this service, please provide your current mailing/delivery address to ISO at questions@iso.rochester.edu.

This service option is not available for government documents, such as the EAD card or USCIS Notice of Action, because they can’t be easily replaced if lost in transit.

Shipment via Express Delivery: Domestic or International shipment

For international delivery, or expedited domestic delivery with tracking, please start the shipment using eShipGlobal: study.eShipGlobal.com.

eShipGlobal will allow you to enter your own shipment details, select your preferred service level, and pay online. ISO will ship your package as soon as we receive the shipment notification and package slip electronically from eShipGlobal.

Please follow the instructions below or use your existing account to request a new shipment from ISO.

  • Create a free student account: eShipGlobal.com.
  • Follow the instructions to register.
  • After you log in, select the “Receive” option.
  • Search for the University of Rochester, select and click “continue.”
  • Choose “International Services Office” and click “continue.”
  • Complete the shipping form. Make sure the information is accurate!
  • Enter your University ID (leave blank if you don’t know it). Click “continue.”
  • Select your shipping carrier and process payment.
  • Receive an email from eShipGlobal confirming your order.
