J-1 Academic Training: Report Changes

While on Academic Training, you’re still considered a J-1 student sponsored by the University of Rochester. You must notify ISO within 10 days of any of the following changes:

You have a new address, phone number, or email: Fill out the form below
New employment: Before you start working, fill out this PDF to get permission from ISO
Changes with your current employer: Update employer information (PDF)
Finishing early or extending: Report a change in completion date (PDF)
End of your program or early departure: Report with the Student Departure Form
