Application Turnover - Required Documentation

Only one copy of each document required is necessary for turnover review. Upon acceptance Production Control retains the Transfer and Turnover Document. All other documents are returned to the applications group for filing in the program file folder.

Please Note: ALL turnover documentation including test results has to be date stamped within 30 days of scheduled turnover into production.
