The Rochester Center for Community Leadership is hosting its final Leadership Luncheon of the semester from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, in the Stackel Room, Wilson Commons. The luncheon will focus on Students with Disabilities: Advocacy and Awareness. Susan Hetherington, deputy director of the Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities and Warner School professor, will facilitate a discussion along with students from the Monroe No. 1 BOCES Transition Class. Enjoy a free lunch while listening to the students discuss their experiences inside and outside of the classroom. Attendees will have the opportunity ask questions and participate throughout the presentation. RSVP by Nov. 21 to leadership@rochester.edu and specify any food allergies. Space is limited to the first 30 undergraduate students.
