The October 1–2 weekend marks milestone reunions, celebrates the Class of 2020, and welcomes families to visit campus. Special guests include Geena Davis as the commencement speaker and Margaret Cho as the featured performer.

Author Ann Patchett, musician Jon Batiste, and comedian Vanessa Bayer are among the headliners of this year’s Meliora Weekend, which will also celebrate the inauguration of the University’s 11th president, Sarah Mangelsdorf.

The University’s annual fall celebration combining family weekend, homecoming, and reunions features headliners Robin Roberts, Mike Birbiglia, Chick Corea and Steve Gadd, Jeffrey Toobin, and Peggy Noonan.

Meliora Weekend kicks off on Thursday, October 12, and continues through Sunday, October 15. Roberts will deliver her address from the Louis A. Alexander Palestra on the River Campus on Saturday, October 14.
