Jennifer Guadino, who served with the Army Reserve and currently works at the University of Rochester Medical Center in financial case management, receives a “Veteran Rocky” pin from University of Rochester President Sarah Mangelsdorf during a ceremony in the Hawkins-Carlson Room in Rush Rhees Library on November 11. The pinning ceremony is held annually on Veterans Day and recognizes members of the University community and their families from all branches of the US Armed Forces. “Veteran Rocky” pins were handed out in honor of their service. The event is sponsored by the Office of the President, the Institutional Office of Equity and Inclusion, and the Veterans Alliance.
