The inaugural First Niagara Rochester Fringe Festival starts today at various Rochester locations, including the Eastman School. Want to get involved? Participants are wanted for the “UR Dances” flash mob. A rehearsal is planned before the live event on Sept. 22. An instructional video is also available for those who can’t attend the rehearsal.
