How to Find a Bike Buddy Using 511NY’s Matching Service
511NY’s Bike Buddy matching service can help you find a biking partner. To sign up for Bike Buddy matching follow these steps:
- Create an account or sign in on 511NY’s ridematching portal.
- On the homepage, scroll down to “Find a Carpool Quick Match” and fill out your starting point and destination. Press the “Search” button.
- On the next page, scroll down to check the “Bike Buddies Only” box and view your matches.
- To contact your potential biking partners, use the “Contact” button below each match to reach out to them individually.
- Meet up and share the bike ride to school or work!
