March 8: Online Parking Services Briefly Unavailable for Switch to Active Directory

The Department of Transportation and Parking Management’s online services will be unavailable on Wed., March 8 from 5-8 p.m. while My Parking Online is switched from using NetID for login to Active Directory (AD). If you have questions or need assistance during this time, please contact the Parking Office at (585) 275-4524.

 Remember, your AD credentials are the same credentials you typically use to log into a Windows computer, access the University wireless network, or access enterprise services like Microsoft 365, Workday Student, and Workday Finance. If you do not know your AD credentials, please visit MyIdentity.Rochester.edu. If you do not have Active Directory credentials, you will need to request an Active Directory account by contacting the University IT Help Desk at UnivITHelp@rochester.edu.
