Martha Dowd Jacobs and her husband, who have three children, six grandchildren, and, as of this summer, a great-grandchild on the way, celebrated their 54th wedding anniversary in July. After they both retired in 1991, “we traveled extensively through the U.S., Mexico, and Canada in our RV,” Martha writes. “During the summers we cruised Lake Michigan and Lake Huron on our sailboat. We were volunteers with the Red Cross for 10 years and went out on many national disasters, including 9/11. We also did some traveling in Europe and China. We recently sold our RV and sailboat. Now we are looking forward to relaxing in (what they call I think) the golden years.”

Their new address is: 32 Church St., Charleston, S.C. 29401.
