Complaint Notification

University of Rochester students who have complaints that have not otherwise been resolved through contact with University internal offices (including School offices) may file a complaint under the New York State Education Department procedures as outlined on its website at www.NYSED.gov .

Complaints not resolved at the institutional level may also be filed with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, following the process for Complaints Involving Member and Candidate Institutions.
