New Instructional Faculty Orientation: Launching Academic Careers at Rochester
(co-led by The Teaching Center of the College)
This orientation program for new instructional faculty is designed to provide the necessary tools, resources, and guidance through a combination of synchronous Zoom sessions and in-person orientation activities.
Through this approach, new instructors can build confidence, develop essential skills, and feel integrated into the university community, setting them up for success in their academic journey.
Parts I and II occur over Zoom between July 19 and 23, Part III is in-person from 8:30 am – 12:30 pm on August 22 in the Hawkins Carlson Room, Rush Rhees Library, River Campus
