The Department of Public Safety (DPS) is hosting its annual Book Drive from May 1st through June 2nd this year to benefit the Rochester Education Foundation (REF). REF is a non-profit that serves students in Rochester public schools. REF provides these students with literacy support, opportunities to explore the arts, assistance on the road to college and a career, and more. Each year, REF gives out thousands of books to area schools, teachers, and directly to students through their literacy program.
