Your feedback helps us recognize our Public Safety team members for their performance, and assists us in improving delivery of service and achievement of goals.

Submit complaints and feedback using the online form below. You may also contact us 24/7 via email, phone, letter, or by visiting our offices (612 Wilson Blvd) to speak with a DPS supervisor. The Chief Public Safety Officer reviews all complaints and concerns. DPS is committed to responding promptly and handling all matters with fairness, professionalism and confidentiality.
