Biography
Dr. Cullen is an Associate Director of the Susan B. Anthony Center, the Strategic Director of Population Health for the Clinical and Translational Science Institute at the University of Rochester Medical Center, and Research Associate Professor in the Laboratory of Interpersonal Violence and Victimization at the University of Rochester Medical Center. His work involves community outreach, healthcare disparities, and vulnerable populations. He has effectively negotiated policy change by bringing together various constituencies and providing a voice for those who often are not empowered to speak on their own behalf due to stigma, shame, or fear of reprisal.
