Submissions for Mark Ain Business Model Competition Due: Two-Page Applications ONLY

All University of Rochester students at any level of study and from any discipline are invited to submit their business plan applications to the tenth annual Mark Ain Business Model Competition. First place will win $10,000; second place will receive $2,500; and third place will get $1,000. A team of up to five students may submit one plan and students may submit a business plan that was written for a current or past course. Submissions must be emailed to Matthew Spielmann at the Ain Center for Entrepreneurship by 4 p.m. Thursday, April 14. Ten semi-finalist teams will be selected to present their business plans on April 28. From the semi-finalist presentations, the pool will be whittled down to five finalist teams who will have a chance to win the cash prizes during the competition on May 11.
